TaggyPro is a smart pet tag featuring a scannable QR code that stores all of your pet's important information in one convenient profile. You can view your pet profile by scanning the QR code on the back of the tag or by visiting the unique URL associated with it.
How does TaggyPro work?
TaggyPro uses QR codes and unique URL links to easily share your pet’s information. To access your profile, simply scan the QR code or visit the URL link associated with your tag.
What is the pet profile?
The pet profile stores all the important information about your pet, including behavior, vet data, nutrition, and more. In addition, your contact information will be displayed, so anyone who finds your pet will have everything they need to get them home safely!
The pet profile displays the following information:
- One or more phone numbers
- One or more addresses
- Health information (medication, allergies, sterilization, etc.)
- Behavior information (good with dogs, cats, children?)
- Provider information (vet name, vet phone number, microchip number, etc.)
- Quick bio about your pet
Do I need a TaggyPro if my pet already has a microchip?
Microchips are really useful, but they have different and more limited functions compared to TaggyPro. Even if your pet already has a microchip, TaggyPro provides extra and more detailed information, like medical history, behavior, diet, allergies, and emergency contacts.
Plus, microchips can only be read with special equipment that only vets have. On the other hand, TaggyPro works with any smartphone, so anyone who finds your lost pet can easily get all the information they need.
Do I need TaggyPro if my pet already has a GPS tracker?
GPS trackers can be useful, but they come with some significant limitations. They have a limited battery life, so they become useless once the battery runs out. Additionally, their range is restricted, whereas TaggyPro can identify your dog or cat from anywhere in the world.
Moreover, GPS devices often require expensive monthly or annual subscriptions, while TaggyPro is completely free. GPS devices also don't contain any relevant information about your pet and usually need a specific app or are only compatible with certain operating systems (iOS or Android).
We recommend using TaggyPro as a replacement for or in addition to your existing GPS device.
Do I need TaggyPro if my pet never leaves the house or is always under supervision?
Even if your pet is mostly indoors or under supervision, TaggyPro can still be a lifesaver in case of emergency. It provides important health details, allergy information, and medical conditions that might be crucial for their care.
Plus, if you’re on vacation or away from home, you can update your contact information and enjoy peace of mind knowing you're prepared if your pet gets lost.
Is TaggyPro a good option if my pet doesn’t like wearing tags?
TaggyPro is the perfect solution even for the pickiest of pets. Our tags are not only designed to be comfortable and lightweight, but models like the TaggyPro Slide can be easily attached directly to your pet’s collar, so your pet won't even notice it's wearing it!
Can TaggyPro tags lead to any skin irritations or allergic reactions?

How do I access my pet profile without scanning the QR code on the tag?
In the event your pet gets lost or you would like to access your profile remotely, you can go to app.taggypro.com and sign in from there.
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
No! TaggyPro is a one time purchase.
How long will a TaggyPro work?
TaggyPro tags are powered by QR codes, so they require no batteries and don't need to be charged. In other words, your TaggyPro will last you many years!
Can I control who sees my contact information?
The unspoken problem with traditional pet tags is that your phone number and home address are visible to unwanted eyes.
With TaggyPro, you can choose to only display your contact information on your pet's profile when your pet has been marked as lost. Marking your pet as lost is as easy as clicking one button!
Can I track my pet's GPS location?
Yes! If someone scans your pet's TaggyPro, they can share their current location with the click of a button, and you will receive an instant notification on your smartphone.
Does the other person need TaggyPro to retrieve my pet's information?
No, the other person does not need to have a TaggyPro or a TaggyPro profile to access your pet’s information.
Can I have multiple pet profiles linked to one account?
Yes, you can! You can have as many pet profiles as you’d like linked to one account. Just log into the account and click “Add Pet”.
I just ordered my TaggyPro, when can I create my pet profile?
Included in each package will be your tag(s) along with an insert card with all the necessary information on how to set up and activate your pet's profile.
Will TaggyPro work even while abroad?
Absolutely! Our servers are active all over the world. If your pet books a vacation to the U.S., the tag can still be scanned and activated.

Yes. With two different ways to access your pet's profile (QR code and URL), TaggyPro is compatible with all smartphones.
What is the size of a TaggyPro tag?
- TaggyPro Classic has a diameter of 3.2 centimeters.
- TaggyPro Silicone measures 3.2x4.5 centimeters.
- TaggyPro Slide comes in two sizes: size M measures 7.5x2.0 centimeters; size L measures 8.0x2.5 centimeters.
What are the shipping times?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered to the specified address within 3-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the selected shipping method, and other factors.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over 39€.
For orders under 39€, a shipping fee applies, depending on your delivery address.
What is your refund policy?
At TaggyPro, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Proof of damage must be emailed within 3 days of delivery to info@taggypro.com.
Please include "Refund" and your order number in the subject line of the email. Attach one or more photos of the damaged product along with as much detail as possible in the email body.
You can request a return and exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product by emailing info@taggypro.com. Include "Return" and your order number in the subject line. In the email body, please provide the reasons for your return.
We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid the risk of your package being lost. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your return.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

How can I place an order?
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days. Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!
How can I track my order?
Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. If you don’t receive this email please contact us at info@taggypro.com
Applying a discount and/or gift card to my order
There is a box labeled “Gift Card or Discount Code” on the checkout page where users input their discount or gift card.
