TaggyPro uses QR codes and unique URL links to easily share your pet’s information. To access your profile, simply scan the QR code or visit the URL link associated with your tag.

The pet profile stores all the important information about your pet, including behavior, vet data, nutrition, and more. In addition, your contact information will be displayed, so anyone who finds your pet will have everything they need to get them home safely!

The pet profile displays the following information:

• One or more phone numbers
• One or more addresses
• Health information (medication, allergies, sterilization, etc.)
• Behavior information (good with dogs, cats, children?)
• Provider information (vet name, vet phone number, microchip number, etc.)
• Quick bio about your pet

Absolutely! Our servers are active all over the world. If your pet books a vacation to the U.S., the tag can still be scanned and activated.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Proof of damage must be emailed within 3 days of delivery to info@taggypro.com.

We will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid the risk of your package being lost.
